We had a dreadful encounter at the front desk. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready as promised, leaving us frustrated. The manager's refusal to provide bottled water for our kids was simply unacceptable. This lack of basic hospitality was shocking for a hotel at this price point.

We reserved a Prestige Guest Room 1 King, and the spacious layout looking chic was delightful. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with fresh berries and pastries that hit the spot every morning. I struggled with a few minor inconveniences. The air conditioning wasn’t as effective as I'd hoped, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hottest hours. One unfortunate moment came when I asked at the front desk for bottled water for my kids while we headed out for the day. The manager, Osha Fenoza Renno, was unnecessarily combative about it, which left a sour taste, especially for a place charging $1500 a night. Thankfully, other staff stepped in later and offered us water, showing some inconsistency in service levels. It’s quite unusual to face such basic issues in a five-star hotel.

Had an amazing stay! Waking up in that comfy king bed was like being wrapped in a cloud. Breakfast was a real treat too – the fresh pastries and fruit were delicious. The room was spotlessly clean every day, but the air con was a bit temperamental at times. Still, a fab experience overall!

This place was incredible, the bathroom had a fancy double basin and the shower with a power wash was pure bliss. The staff went above and beyond, like the concierge who gave us the best tips for our outing, even making reservations for us.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it was worth every cent.
